Shopping with Aarefa Abaya

These terms apply to orders placed with Aarefa Abaya through this website. Please read the product details, size information, delivery terms and exchange policy before ordering. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable delivery charges and any additional charges are disclosed before you confirm your order.

Product details and fit

We aim to describe products accurately. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. Please refer to the selected colour, product description and size options, and ask for clarification before ordering if a detail is important to you. Images do not add accessories to your order unless the product description expressly includes them. Natural variations do not excuse a materially incorrect description or defective product.

Orders and payments

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and select the correct variants. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We will notify you if an item is unavailable or if a material error needs correction; we will seek your agreement to any change or offer cancellation and refund of any amount paid for an unfulfilled order. Payment options and COD availability are shown at checkout or confirmed before an order is agreed.

Customisation

Custom measurements, design, price, delivery estimate and any cancellation or exchange restrictions must be agreed before production. Contact us promptly if you need a change; options depend on the stage of production. Our obligations to supply the agreed product and applicable remedies remain in place.

Delivery, exchanges and complaints

Read our Shipping & Cash on Delivery and Return & Exchange Policy, which form part of these terms. Delivery times are estimates. Contact us if an order is late, incorrect, damaged or defective so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Use this website lawfully. Do not misuse customer accounts, attempt unauthorised access or reproduce our original website content commercially without permission. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your rights and policy changes

Nothing in these terms excludes liability, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable consumer protections continue to apply.
