Delivery estimates

Standard orders are generally delivered within 4–5 days after order confirmation. Customised orders generally take 7–10 days after the design, measurements and order details are confirmed. These are estimates; destination, courier service, holidays and unexpected disruption can affect delivery. We will communicate material delays when known.

Shipping charges and availability

Applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout or confirmed before you agree to an order placed with our team. Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully. Delivery options depend on your location. For destinations or international orders not offered at checkout, contact us before paying so we can confirm availability, delivery estimates, charges and any applicable import duties or taxes.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available only where offered for your address and order at checkout or confirmed by our team. Please pay the confirmed order total to the courier on delivery. Any advance payment required for a customised order will be disclosed and agreed before production.

Tracking and delivery assistance

Use the order confirmation or dispatch message to view available updates. You can also sign in to your account or contact us with your order number. If delivery fails, is delayed or appears lost, contact us so we can investigate with the courier and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. Changes depend on whether preparation, custom production or dispatch has begun. Any applicable custom-order restrictions will be agreed before production. See our Return & Exchange Policy for exchanges and remedies.
