Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

COD is available where offered at checkout or confirmed by our team for your address and order.

How do I choose my size?

See our Size Chart & Fit. Measurements are in inches. Contact us to confirm the finished measurements and fit of a particular design before ordering.

Are all sizes and colours available?

Available options are shown on each product page. Select your required size and colour before adding the item to your cart. Contact us about options that are not listed.

Can I customise an abaya?

Contact us before ordering to confirm whether your chosen design can be customised. We will agree measurements, design, price and any order-specific restrictions before production.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us immediately with your order number. Available options depend on whether preparation, custom production or dispatch has begun. We will explain any agreed custom-order restrictions.

Can I exchange my order?

Request a size or choice exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and have tags intact. Customer-paid courier charges apply to size/choice exchanges. Read the full Return & Exchange Policy.

What if my item is wrong or defective?

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos where possible. We cover reasonable courier costs for confirmed errors or defects on our side and arrange an appropriate remedy. Your applicable consumer rights remain protected.

Will the colour look exactly like the photos?
